Free consultation with our professionals
Through the contact form on the home page of our website, you can send us a detailed consultation about your needs. One of our dentists will review your request and make you a proposal about the necessary procedures, as well as inform you about the estimated cost of the treatment. The final treatment plan will be defined only after our specialists examine the problem in person at our facility.
Step 2
Electronic contract
Following the consultation about your dental needs, we determine what other services you might find of use (booking accomodation, scheduling sightseeing tours and other activities etc). Once we have it finalized, we will send you an electronic contract with a detailed list of services we agreed on. This is not a necessary step, but it is available for your peace of mind.
Step 3
Arrival to Dra Gisela Grazt
Most people will arrive in Bucaramanga by air. Our team will be waiting to transfer you from the airport to your accommodation. On your first day, you will have a final check-up with the dentist before starting treatment. Once we define the appropriate treatment, you will receive a schedule with your appointments. We will also provide you with options to take advantage of your free time in the city.

Excursions
If you wish, we will offer you a free tour of Bucaramanga for you to discover the best of the city. For an additional cost, we will do our best to fulfill any reasonable requirements you may have or, if you prefer, you can choose from a list of typical activities we offer. Depending on the dental treatment you receive, you may have a lot of free time between appointments, or not so much. We will provide you with personalized options for you to consider.
Step 5
Follow up check
As your trusted dentist in Bucaramanga, I can recommend you to stay an extra day or two if I consider it necessary to guarantee the best quality service. This recommendation will always be informed in advance.
